I guess I slept incorrect or I stretched out my back too much but doing the first exercise felt excellent and so did the moment one but the third one make me groan a lot. Be cautious with the final one and do it SLOWLY. Doing it too rapid will obviously increase the pain and the term no pain no profit does not work here. Lol.

No, Ron, not a PT, but my wife is an ATC and worked with PTs clinically who have used these exercises with incredible success. :-)

This guy is not a PT (obviously). Please consult your Dr. before doing these exercises. I’ve had back pain, and whether I did this movements it would have made me worse. Be cautious.

Guys, be cautious. Whether you have genuine back problems, like a ruptured disc or have had back surgery recently like me (i had a micro-discectemy on L4-L5), it might not be a excellent thought to twist your spine like he does, he does it a small violently (for a person with disc problems). The final exercise he does is better whether you don’t rotate your hips and simply do an extension by placing your hands on your hips and SLOWLY lean your upper body back, you’ll feel your lower spine flex.
